RedWeb for the Teacher Development Agency

This project was the first phase of a much larger piece of work. We managed the moving of the Teacher Development Agency ( TDA ) web servers from one hosting company to another whilst also migrating them into a predominantly virtualised hosting environment.

H.M. Treasury

We are acting as project managers on behalf of HMT managing the implementation of a content management system to run both their internet and intranet presences. This will also include a complete redesign and Information Architecture of their intranets.

Just to keep things interesting we have also helped host numerous other sites and are currently helping rebuild the Euro and ISB sites and the new G20 website is live

BBC

We acted as implementation managers for the BBC for the implementation of their new scheduling system. This manages staff, equipment and locations across virtually all areas of the BBC. Our work, primarily involved representing the business in managing the strategic partner and main supplier of the product.

Charteris

We've been advising the Charteris bid team on the accessibility and Usability of the web interface for a major project bid.

Nomensa

We have been working closely with Nomensa for a considerable time on various projects. The recent projects include;

Developing a road map for Defacto, Defacto is their own fully accessible AAA Content Management system.
Developing the Broads Authority web site, based on Defacto.
The LocalDirectGov Helpdesk, Web site and Good Practice Guidelines CD's

London Borough of Haringey

Here we created a web strategy for all their web-based needs. We also project managed the selection & implementation of their CMS and Portal solutions creating a single site that displays differing content depending on your access rights. Its one of the first UK government sites to be awarded the prestigious AAA for accessibility and usability.

We also handled the Eforms and PDA forms solutions selection and implementations.

The Haringey site has won the 2004 IVCA Clarion award for usability and social inclusion.
It was shortlisted for the RNIB awards 2004.
It won the GAWD web site of the month in November 2004.
It was shortlisted for the National Library for the blind. Visionary Design Award 2004.

Hilton International

For Hilton we organised and carried out the training of its staff across Europe and Scandinavia during the roll out of their CMS, which now powers their web site Portal.

Partnership UK ( Part of H.M. Treasury )

For Partnership UK we provide web consultancy on Intranet and Portal design and functionality on an ongoing basis.

Insolvency Service ( Part of the DTI )

We carried out a review of the processes and infrastructure on their Intranet, writing a paper on the "As Is" status and making recommendations for the way forward.

Railtrack / Network Rail

For Railtrack we created a web strategy and implemented a Content Management based Portal replacing their numerous fragmented intranets.

We also advised on the CMS solutions for the Rail Safety Group as part of their spin off from Railtrack and the document management system for the Document standards group within the rail industry as a whole.

Avaya

In Avaya we project managed the amalgamation and redevelopment of their intranets in the EMEA into a single Portal hosting it in an external data centre.

We also Project managed the implementation of the partners online ordering portal in the APAC as well as redeveloping their worldwide SME partners Portal.

Following this we project managed the implementation of a 3PL ( Third Party Logistics ) warehouse solution, interfacing the SAP. This was for their worldwide distribution warehouse for their SME division.

Lucent Technologies

For Lucent we worked as part of their global IT team during the split off of Avaya from its parent company.

Thorn / Granada

For Thorn we project managed the year 2000 project for their desktop application replacement.
We also created a MIS for their National Call Centre at Swindon.

Ford Europe

For Ford we provided training and application support services at their European research and development headquarters.

We also carried out the same services for them as part of the desktop Roll Out to the Bridgend and Swansea Manufacturing plants.

Econocall

We developed, in conjunction with our partners, a telecom-billing platform for this startup company.

Gower Heritage Centre

Here we developed their web site which was linked to from the BBC for a major TV series on historical industrial sites as a result we are listed as webmasters by the BBC.

HRH Accountants

We developed the customer-billing platform for this major South Wales accountancy practice.

St. James Club Antigua

We developed a booking system for this major Caribbean resorts multiple restaurants.
